Jon Dick
Jon Dick is the senior vice president of customer success at HubSpot, where he oversees the customer experience and helps our 200,000+ customers grow better.
Before this role, Jon led the flywheel marketing team at HubSpot, which combined product marketing, digital marketing, and customer marketing to take our products to market worldwide. During his tenure, he helped transform HubSpot’s approach to demand generation by scaling freemium, innovating on automation and AI, and delivering new global marketing models. Before joining HubSpot, Jon worked in B2C, leading marketing teams at Klout and Trunk Club.

Bruno Estrella
Bruno Estrella is the Head of Growth Marketing at Clay, where he leads strategic efforts to drive revenue and scale growth. Prior to joining Clay, Bruno held key growth marketing roles at Webflow, most recently as Director of Growth Marketing, where he developed and led initiatives in demand generation, acquisition, and organic growth. With a strong foundation in data-driven strategy and a history of achieving measurable results, Bruno has also held impactful roles at BAMF Media and VetCV. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Comprehensive Marketing from the University of West Florida.

Daniel Zarick
Daniel is the CEO and co-founder of Arrows, a tool offering digital sales rooms and client onboarding plans for teams that run on HubSpot. Arrows is the #1 app in the customer success category in HubSpot and funded by HubSpot Ventures. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and dog, Marlo.

Ariana Tiwari
Ariana Tiwari is the Director of Product Marketing at PandaDoc. Before joining PandaDoc, she was a product marketing leader at Dropbox, managing product launches, customer segmentation, and growth initiatives while cultivating marketing campaigns and partnership opportunities. Her background includes experience in consumer packaged goods, development finance, and investment banking. In her free time, Ariana mentors aspiring entrepreneurs through the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator and teaches yoga. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Princeton University.

Connor Jeffers
Connor Jeffers is Founder and CEO of Aptitude 8, an Elite Tiered HubSpot technical consulting firm, and hapily, an app studio building products on top of the HubSpot platform. Prior to A8, Connor led growth teams building venture backed companies on top of Salesforce and operated a consulting firm on the Salesforce ecosystem. He has over a decade of experience in systems orchestration, digital transformation, revenue operations, and growth.

Kim Hacker

Em Wingrove is the Chief Experience Officer for Aptitude 8, an Elite Solutions Partner leading the ecosystem in technical and platform consulting. Em is a career marketing leader turned customer experience executive with a strong aptitude for Marketing Automation, CRMs, Web Ops, and people management. She's helped build more than 3 businesses, built teams of 50+, and has faced operations challenges large and small. When she’s not building powerful consulting teams or defining methodologies for multi-hub implementations + custom integrations, you can find her watching true crime and cuddling up with her corgi.

Jake Schapiro
Jake Schapiro is the Strategic Alliances Manager at PandaDoc, where he focuses on maximizing the impact of strategic partner relationships. Collaborating closely with both internal teams and partner go-to-market teams, Jake ensures that PandaDoc delivers an exceptional experience for partners and their customers. Before joining PandaDoc, Jake completed an MBA at UCLA Anderson while working with early-stage startups on go-to-market strategies. Previously, he spent over five years in channel partnerships at HubSpot.

Everett Barry
Everett Berry is the Head of Go-To-Market Engineering at Clay, where he combines technical expertise with strategic insight to drive Clay’s market presence and growth. Before joining Clay, Everett was the Head of Growth at Vantage, a cloud cost observability platform, and led growth efforts at Arctype before its acquisition by ClickHouse. Everett also founded Perceive, a company focused on building infrastructure for cashierless checkout, backed by NSF SBIR grants to advance AI-driven scene reconstruction and action recognition technology. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.
